The story of

DasstanAeMusafir

Every story has a beginning, and mine started with a scooter ride from Delhi to Rishikesh in 2021. With a camera in one hand and a heart full of dreams, I began documenting my travels—not just for the sights but also for the stories they carried.

As Daastan Ae Musafir, I’ve always believed that life is a journey filled with dastans (stories) waiting to be told. The name symbolizes my love for weaving narratives—of the roads I traverse, the people I meet, and the experiences that shape me. Over time, this passion evolved into a beautiful blend of travel vlogging, poetry, and storytelling, creating a unique tapestry that defines who I am today.

From capturing the chaos of cityscapes to the serene whispers of mountain trails, my journey has been one of self-discovery. Whether traveling with friends or venturing out solo, every trip has taught me invaluable lessons about the world and myself.

This platform is my humble attempt to share these tales with you in the hope that they inspire, entertain, and resonate with your life’s journeys.

Storyline

The journey started on a scoot with my friend Apurva as we ventured from Delhi to Rishikesh. That trip marked my first travel vlog, filled with excitement, nervousness, and endless possibilities. Soon after, I explored Jaipur with Ashu, where the vibrant colors of the Pink City added new hues to my storytelling. The year ended with the breathtaking Triund Trek in McLeodganj, where new friendships blossomed under starry skies.

January brought the magic of snow-covered Manali, where I captured its beauty with Ramesh. April saw my first solo bike trip to Spiti Valley, traversing the rugged terrains of Kinnaur, Kalpa, and Kaza. The experience was as challenging as it was rewarding, teaching me the essence of resilience and solitude. Later that year, I embarked on a spiritual journey to Kedarnath with Ramesh and Kedar, a humbling and uplifting experience

The year began with a road trip to Nainital alongside Tenzin and Mohit Bhaiya, followed by a solo escapade to Kasol and the mystical Kheerganga Trek. My love for Triund led me back there, this time with Gaurav and his family. Revisiting Manali allowed me to reflect on how much I had grown as a traveler and a storyteller. Despite the challenges of maintaining a YouTube channel, 2023 was a year of learning, filled with rich experiences and unforgettable memories.
