My Trek to Raghupur Fort, Jibhi - A 3 KM Walk into Silence
This trek wasn’t just about reaching a destination. It was about slowing down, breathing more deeply, and reconnecting with the lost version of ourselves that craves simplicity. If you ever visit Jibhi, don’t miss this short yet powerful hike. Sometimes, 3 kilometers is enough to travel deep within.
September 2025. Jibhi greeted me with cloudy mornings, soft sunlight, and that slow mountain rhythm that immediately makes you forget the city’s chaos. Among all the beautiful trails here, the 3 km hike to Raghupur Fort turned out to be one of the most peaceful and soul-touching experiences of my journey.
As I climbed higher, the forest slowly opened into wide meadows, revealing endless mountain ranges. Clouds floated at eye level, sometimes hiding the trail completely, making the walk even more magical. The final stretch tested my legs, but the moment Raghupur Fort came into view, every drop of sweat felt worth it.

Every story has a journey, and mine is a tapestry of experiences woven from passion, persistence, and the love for storytelling. I’m Chetan Tripathi, better known as Daastan Ae Musafir, a traveler, poet, storyteller, and content creator whose adventures span not just roads and destinations, but the realms of professional excellence and creativity.
My professional journey began in the bustling world of retail, where I spent over a decade mastering the art of sales and storytelling. From my early days with Samsonite, learning how to understand people’s needs, to crafting compelling visual displays at Debenhams, I discovered the power of communication and creativity. As a skincare consultant at Clinique, I honed my ability to connect deeply with individuals, a skill that later enriched my role as a brand ambassador for iconic brands like Giorgio Armani, Lancôme, YSL, and Kiehl’s.
My passion for travel led me to a two-year stint in sales and marketing within the travel industry, where I embraced the joy of inspiring people to explore the world. This experience fueled my love for storytelling, setting the foundation for my journey as a content creator.
Since 2021, I’ve documented adventures—from solo rides through Spiti Valley and Pangot to soulful treks in Kedarnath and vibrant explorations in Sri Lanka. Through my lens and words, I bring these journeys to life, blending my professional insights with a personal passion for storytelling.
